There is a real culinary focus at Schloss Prielau. Star chef Andreas Mayer has been ensuring a special kind of taste experience since 2004 – the "Schlossküche" ideal for when you are feeling a bit peckish, offers a small menu along with coffee and cake. In the summer the terrace is open in the evenings too so the day can be seen out perfectly with a glass of wine or an aperitif enjoyed before dinner at MAYER’s Restaurant, the gourmet restaurant at Schloss Prielau. Under the management of star chef Andreas Mayer, he and his team ensure a special kind of taste experience.
